Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of moneytrackerdaily.com, its data downloads and the Daily Money Brief newsletter (together, the "Service"), published by Digital Fancy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Money Tracker Daily", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Information only, not advice
The Service publishes data collected from government agencies and industry sources for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax, benefits or other professional advice, and nothing is a recommendation to take or refrain from any action. Always confirm dates and figures with the original source linked on each page before relying on them, and consult a qualified professional about your own situation.
2. Accuracy and availability
We collect data automatically and apply checks described in our Editorial Standards. Despite this, the Service may contain errors, omissions or outdated information, and sources may revise their figures after we collect them. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
3. Not affiliated with data sources
Money Tracker Daily is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Social Security Administration, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Freddie Mac, the California Employment Development Department, or any other agency or organisation whose data we report. Their names and marks belong to them and are used only to identify the source of the data.
4. Using our content
You may view, share and cite tracker pages, charts and CSV downloads for personal, educational, journalistic and internal business use, provided you credit "Money Tracker Daily" and link to the page you used. You may not resell our compiled data, present it as your own, use it to build a competing data service, or remove source attributions. Underlying figures published by government agencies are public data and remain subject to their own terms. Third-party data (including Freddie Mac survey figures) is reproduced with attribution and remains subject to the terms of its publisher; you are responsible for complying with those terms if you redistribute it.
5. Automated access
Reasonable, rate-limited automated access to read our pages is permitted. Bulk scraping, mirroring, or any access that degrades the Service or bypasses technical restrictions is not.
6. Third-party links, advertising and affiliate offers
The Service contains links to sources, advertisers and affiliate partners we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, offers, products or privacy practices. Any transaction you enter with a third party is between you and that party. See our Affiliate Disclosure for how we earn commissions.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Digital Fancy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company AND ITS OWNERS, EDITORS, CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF MONEY, BENEFITS, PROFITS, DATA OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Fancy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
10. Copyright and takedown requests
Our original charts, text, page design and data compilations are protected by copyright. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email editor@moneytrackerdaily.com with the URL, a description of the work, your contact details and a statement of good-faith belief, and we will respond promptly.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at editor@moneytrackerdaily.com and give us 30 days to resolve it informally.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after that date means you accept the changes.
